Shrimp Scampi Primavera - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. large shrimp, cleaned and deveined
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    6 cloves garlic
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 celery stalks, sliced at a slant
    2 c. chopped broccoli
    2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
    1/2 bell pepper (green or yellow), sliced thin
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
    2 Tbsp. white cooking wine
    1 lb. thin fettuccini or linguini
    lemon wedges
Preparation
    In large stir-fry skillet, place oil, shrimp, garlic, butter, celery, chopped broccoli, tomatoes, bell pepper, parsley, salt and lemon pepper.
    Stir-fry until shrimp are pink and vegetables are tender, but not soft.
    Add wine.
    Stir-fry for five minutes total. Remove from heat.
    Set aside.
