Black Bean Spirals - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers
    1/4 c. sour cream
    3 large flour tortillas
    1/4 tsp. onion salt
    1 c. canned black beans, drained
Preparation
    Beat cheeses, sour cream and onion salt until well blended. Mash or blend the beans well.
    Spread a thin layer of beans over tortilla, then a layer of the cheese mixture.
    Roll up tightly and refrigerate 30 minutes.
    Cut into 1/2-inch slices.
