Shipwreck - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. regular rice
2 c. diced raw potatoes
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans with juice
1 c. tomato juice
1/4 c. ketchup
Preparation

In a 2-quart casserole, layer in order as listed.
Bake covered 1 hour at 250\u00b0.
(Slow cooker 5 to 6 hours.) Serves 6. Serve with green salad.
