Barbecue Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can chicken broth or bouillon
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    3 c. cooked rice
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Melt oleo in
    a
    heavy skillet.
    Add chopped celery and onion. Cook until
    tender.
    Add broth, liquid smoke, rice and salt. Bring to a boil.
    Put in casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.

    ahead and refrigerated until ready to bake.
