Hot Cheddar Bean Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. light or cholesterol free mayonnaise
1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans, drained and mashed
1 c. shredded low-fat Cheddar cheese
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Preparation

Combine all ingredients; stir to mix well.
Spoon into small ovenproof dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with crackers or chips.
Yield:
2 1/2 cups.
