Kentucky Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. oil
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    2 Tbsp. hot water
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped pecans
    4 egg yolks, beaten
    4 egg whites, beaten
Preparation
    Mix flour,
    sugar, oil, pineapple, cinnamon, pecans and egg yolks together.
    Fold
    in beaten egg whites.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
