Scotch Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar, divided
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. shortening
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix flour and 1 cup sugar in a mixing bowl. In a saucepan, boil 1 cup sugar, margarine, shortening and cocoa. Pour over flour and sugar. Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
