Chicken 'N Orange Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts (boneless), cooked
    2 medium stalks celery
    1 medium green pepper
    1 medium onion
    2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin orange sections, drained
    mayonnaise (to desired texture)
    salad greens
    sliced almonds (optional)
Preparation
    Using a food processor, coarsely chop chicken, celery, pepper and onion. Transfer to large serving bowl. Add oranges and mayonnaise and mix. Serve over crisp salad greens with sliced almonds.
