White Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. butter
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour, sifted after measuring
6 egg yolks
1 1/2 oz. lemon extract
1 lb. white raisins
1 lb. pecans (2 c.)
1/2 lb. candied pineapple
1/2 lb. candied cherries
Preparation

Cream butter, sugar and extract.
Add beaten egg yolks, then flour and fruit alternately.
Fold in beaten egg whites. Grease and

loaf
pans.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Put small pan of water on shelf below.
