Curry Cawsway(Burmese) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 pieces chicken, cut in small pieces
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 tsp. fresh ginger, chopped
    1 tsp. fresh garlic, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of turmeric
    red pepper as desired
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 (15 oz.) can coconut milk
    3 Tbsp. graham flour
    cooked spaghetti
    sliced onion
    chopped green onion
    cilantro
    chopped red pepper (the kind in pizza parlors)
    lemon juice
    chow mein noodles for garnish
Preparation
    Combine chicken, onion, ginger, garlic, salt, turmeric, red pepper and oil in saucepan.
    When chicken is done, stir in coconut milk and 2 cans of water.
    Mix graham flour with enough water to make it a soupy consistency.
    Add to curry.
    Serve over cooked spaghetti and garnish.
