Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    8 Tbsp. margarine or 1 stick
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix shortening, margarine, eggs and sugar until creamy. Then mix flour, tartar and baking soda. Gradually add to moist mixture. Dough will be a little stiff. Roll 1 teaspoon of dough into a ball and then roll dough ball in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
