Pineapple Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 c. hot pineapple juice
    1 tall can Milnot, chilled
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    vanilla wafers
Preparation
    Mix Jell-O with hot pineapple juice; let set until syrup-like. Mix together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
    Add to pineapple juice/Jell-O mixture.
    Whip Milnot; add to mixture.
    Place vanilla wafer crumbs on bottom of pan; add mixture.
    Sprinkle top with vanilla wafers and refrigerate.
