Settler'S Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. bacon, diced
1/2 lb. ground round
1 large onion, diced
1 can butter beans
1 can red kidney beans
1 can pork and beans
1/3 c. white sugar
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. ketchup
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. molasses
dash of Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Cook bacon until crisp.
Remove from frying pan; drain.
In a small amount of bacon drippings, cook ground beef and onion; drain well.
Rinse and drain kidney beans and butter beans.
Place in casserole dish.
Add pork and beans.
Mix sugars and remaining ingredients.
Pour over baked beans and lightly mix together. Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
