Bacon-Fried Chicken(From 1975 Edition) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. sliced bacon
2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler-fryer, cut up
1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. ground thyme
1/2 tsp. ground rosemary
Preparation

Place bacon strips side by side in a shallow roasting pan and set in a preheated 400\u00b0 oven to bake 10 minutes.
Lift bacon from pan and set aside until later.
