Deluxe Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes, diced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 tsp. salt
    2 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen Florentine-style vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli and carrot mixture)
    2 c. potato water
    1 small box Velveeta cheese
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    4 c. milk
    2 c. ham, diced very fine
Preparation
    Put potatoes, onion and salt in Dutch oven.
    Add water to cover.
    Boil until half done.
    Add vegetables.
    Simmer until done. Pour off and save 2 cups water.
    Add back in the 2 cups water, cheese, butter, flour, milk and ham.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Serves approximately 15.
