Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    additional milk
    1 large can evaporated milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar with eggs; beat well. Add condensed milk and beat well into egg mixture. Mix the evaporated milk and vanilla with mixture. Pour into gallon ice cream container.
    Add plain milk until container is 3/4 full. Mix with long handled spoon. Freeze in ice cream freezer until firm, using 8 to 1 portions of ice and salt.
