Mom'S Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. salad oil
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. diced golden Delicious apples
1 c. dark seedless raisins
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

In large bowl, mix at medium speed, beat sugar and eggs for 5 minutes.
Scrape bowl with rubber spatula.
Slowly beat in salad oil until well blended.
Reduce speed to low; beat in flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and vanilla.
Beat until well mixed.
With spoon, stir in apples, raisins and walnuts.
Grease a 10-inch Bundt pan.
Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
Test.
