Tomato Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box tomatoes, wash, peel and chop
    5 lb. chopped onions
    4 large green peppers, chopped
    3 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    2 cayenne peppers, chopped
    6 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    1/4 c. salt
    2 large cans tomato sauce
    2 tsp. cilantro, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Let all ingredients come to a boil; cook about 1 hour.
    Stir occasionally.
    Put in hot jars and seal.
    Yield: About 25 pints.
