Pineapple Upside Down Cake - cooking recipe

1/2 c. margarine
1 c. brown sugar
1 can pineapple rings, drained - save juice
5 Tbsp. saved pineapple juice
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3 egg yolks, beaten
3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Melt margarine in an iron skillet.
Add brown sugar, spread evenly and arrange pineapple rings on top.
