Italian Veggie Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cut-up vegetables such as zucchini, yellow squash, onion, peppers, eggplant and mushrooms
    1 c. spaghetti sauce
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    In a sprayed baking dish, combine your choice of veggies and enough spaghetti sauce to lightly coat them. Cover and bake at 400\u00b0for 20 minutes or until veggies are almost done.
