Crispy Italian Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. coarsely crushed onion and garlic seasoned croutons
1/3 c. grated Romano cheese
1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/2 c. tomato puree
1 egg, beaten
1 broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
6 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Combine crushed croutons, cheese and seasonings; mix well.
Combine tomato puree and egg.
Dip cut up chicken in tomato mixture, then coat with crouton mixture.
Place chicken in buttered 13 x 9-inch baking pan; drizzle with melted butter.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until chicken is tender. Serve hot or cold.
