Mother'S Rice Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cooked rice (good use for leftover)
1 qt. milk
5 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Beat eggs slightly, then add the remainder of ingredients. Fold together thoroughly.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Rice will settle at bottom with a light custard top.
You may omit rice if you only like custard.
