Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans crescent roll dough
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philly cream cheese
    1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing
    1/2 c. cauliflower, chopped
    1 large tomato, diced
    1/2 c. broccoli, chopped
    1 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar and Provolone as desired)
Preparation
    Spread crescent roll dough on pizza pan; bake as indicated. Combine mayonnaise, cream cheese and dressing.
    Spread mixture over dough.
    Put vegetables over mixture, then sprinkle cheese over top.
    Refrigerate.
