Henry'S Grilled Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. red wine vinegar
    2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
    2/3 c. oil
    1/3 c. wine (white)
    chicken pieces
Preparation
    Mix vinegar, pepper, salt and poultry seasoning together.
    Add wine, then whisk in oil.
    Pour marinade over chicken, cover and let stand at least 6 hours or overnight.
