Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter or shortening
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can pineapple
cherries
Preparation

Mix together until smooth.
Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in cake pan.
Sprinkle brown sugar over butter (just enough to cover the bottom lightly).
Place pineapple in bottom of pan and place the cherries in the middle.
Pour batter over pineapple.
Bake 40 minutes at 400\u00b0.
