Irish Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium-sized red potatoes
    1 carton sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/3 c. chopped green onions
    1/2 c. grated cabbage
    3/4 c. melted oleo or butter
Preparation
    Boil potatoes 5 minutes; cool.
    Peel and grate.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Place in casserole dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 or 50 minutes.
