Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1 qt. chicken broth
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes or 1 Tbsp. celery flakes
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. butter
    chopped chives
Preparation
    Peel
    and
    cube
    potatoes in bite-size pieces.\tCombine all other
    ingredients\tin soup pot with exception of chopped chives. Simmer
    slowly
    for 1 hour or until potatoes are done and
    can
    be mashed
    lightly
    with
    spoon or potato masher to thicken
    soup. Serve
    in individual bowls.
    Just before serving, sprinkle with chopped chives.
