Chicken Casserole(Serves 60 People) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 lb. chicken and broth
    1 green pepper, chopped
    6 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 large bag potato chips
    7 pkg. frozen egg noodles
    1 small jar pimentos, chopped
Preparation
    Cook,
    debone and cut chicken into 1-inch pieces.
    Cook chicken with
    celery,
    onion
    and
    bay leaf.
    Cut noodles into 1-inch pieces
    and cook in chicken broth and water until done. Add cream
    of\tchicken
    soup,\tchopped green peppers, chopped pimento and
    cut
    up chicken to the drained noodles.
    Mix well and divide into 3 greased pans.
    Top each with crushed potato chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
