Egg Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices loaf bread
    2 c. grated American or Cheddar cheese
    2 lb. sausage, browned and drained
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Place bread cubes in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle cheese over top of bread.
    Add sausage.
    Blend the milk, eggs and mustard and pour over bread and sausage.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Blend 1/2 cup milk and soup and pour over top.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
