Parmesan Squash Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped green onion
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 (12 oz. each) pkg. frozen squash, defrosted or 4 c. fresh, cooked and mashed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Place onion and butter in medium bowl.
    Microwave at High 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, or until onion is tender.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into greased baking ring.
    Microwave at High for 13 to 18 1/2 minutes, or until set (rotating 1/4 turn every 3 minutes).
    Let stand 8 minutes.
    Loosen edges and invert onto serving dish.
    Serves 6 to 8.
