Cream Centers For Dipped Chocolates - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. confectioners sugar
    1 stick butter
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 tsp. vanilla
    14 oz. coconut or 12 to 18 oz. peanut butter
Preparation
    Mix all the confectioners sugar, butter, cream cheese and vanilla together.
    This is a basic cream candy.
    Add the peanut butter to make peanut creams or add the coconut to make coconut creams.
    Shape into bite size pieces or shape into eggs; dip into chocolate.
    Makes about 4 to 4 1/2 pounds.
