Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 eggs
3/4 c. cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 boxes light brown sugar
3/4 stick margarine, melted
2 pkg. pecans
2 unbaked pie shells
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add sugar, cream and melted butter, beating well. Add vanilla.
Pour into unbaked pie shells.
Cover tops with pecan chips.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Makes 2 pies.
