Salmon Southwest - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Lipton noodles and sauce (butter and herb)
1 3/4 c. water
1/2 c. orange juice
1 medium carrot, diced
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 tsp. cumin (optional)
1 (7 oz.) can salmon or tuna, drained and flaked
1/4 c. sliced green onions
Preparation

Microwave Directions:
In a 2-quart casserole, combine all ingredients, except salmon and green onions.
Microwave, uncovered, at High (full power) for 13 minutes, or until noodles are tender.
Stir in salmon and green onions.
Cover; let stand 2 minutes.
Makes about 2 servings.
