Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can artichoke hearts
    4 oz. diced green chiles
    2 cloves garlic
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. mayo
    1/4 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese (reserve 1/4 c. for topping before serving)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes (should be slightly browned around the edges). Serve with favorite crackers or chips. Great with Wheat Thins. May use \"light\" mayo and sour cream.
