Athenian Chicken Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter or margarine
2 medium onions, finely chopped
1 celery stalk, finely chopped
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 c. chicken broth
2 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/2 lb. Feta cheese, crumbled
2 large eggs, beaten
12 sheets phyllo dough
Preparation

In a large skillet, over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons butter.
Cook onions and celery 5 minutes or until tender.
Stir in chicken, broth, parsley, oregano, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
Cook 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
Stir in cheese.
Cool completely.
Stir in eggs.
