Sweet Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. cornmeal
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar.
Add eggs and cornmeal.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
Add 1/3 of the flour mixture and 1/2 cup milk.
Beat.
Repeat twice.
Pour in a greased 8-inch pan. Bake 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
