Ingredients

1 bunch fresh herbs (about 1/2 c.)
Preparation

Wash herbs in cold water and dry in salad spinner or paper towels.
Pull leaves from stems.
Place herb leaves between 2 paper towels in microwave.
Bake on High power for 4 minutes.
Replace towels if damp.
Continue to microwave in 1 or 2 minute increments until herbs are crisp to the touch.
