No Peek Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. stewing beef
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. mushrooms
1 1/4 oz. envelope onion soup mix
1/2 c. red wine or water
egg noodles
Preparation

Combine the beef, mushroom soup, mushrooms, soup mix and wine in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 3 hours. Serve over egg noodles.
