Meat Loaf With Stuffing(Buddy'S Favorite Meat Loaf Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    3 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1 c. minced onions
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    3 Tbsp. horseradish
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 c. catsup
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp cheese, grated
    snipped parsley
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix ground beef, crumbs and onions lightly into eggs.
    Add remaining ingredients except cheese and parsley; mix lightly.
    Divide into 3 parts; put 1 part into a 10 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Cover with 6 ounces cheese.
    Spread with second part of ground beef mixture.
    Cover with 6 ounces cheese. Spread with remaining ground beef mixture.
    Invert loaf onto jelly roll pan or foil-covered cookie sheet, turning up edges of foil to form rim.
    Bake for 45 minutes.
    Sprinkle top with rest of cheese. Bake for 5 minutes.
    Cool for 15 minutes before serving.
    Garnish with parsley.
    Slice.
    Yield:
    10 to 12 servings.
