Low-Fat Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts
    1 can fat free mushroom soup
    1/2 can skim milk
    fat free Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. Stove Top stuffing mix
    2 Tbsp. low-fat margarine, melted
Preparation
    Place chicken breasts in bottom of casserole dish. Mix soup and milk together. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle generously with cheese. Top with dry stuffing mix and drizzle with margarine. Cover with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes. Uncover and bake for 15 minutes or until chicken is tender.
