Scallops With Garlic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter
    2 cloves garlic
    1 1/2 lb. scallops (bay)
    1/2 tsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Melt butter and garlic on low heat.
    Add garlic powder; mix. Place scallops in square 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Pour butter mixture over scallops; toss lightly.
    Sprinkle parsley over. Broil for under 10 minutes.
    Great served with rice or thin spaghetti.
    Use same ingredients for sauce!
    Serves 2 to 3.
