Sausage Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 c. Bisquick
    dash or 2 red hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Scramble-fry sausage in skillet until done, but not brown. Drain excess grease.
    Add sausage to Bisquick and cheese.
    Mix thoroughly until well blended.
    Roll into balls about the size of a marble.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
