Baked Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cubed stew meat
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 medium potatoes, quartered
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 slice bread, broken up
    1 c. tomato juice
    6 carrots, quartered
    1/2 c. celery
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients with stew meat.
    Stir together lightly.
    Bake, covered, in 325\u00b0 oven for 3 1/2 hours.
