Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can pineapple juice, drained, saving 1/2 cup juice
2 - 8 oz. cream cheese
1 - 10 oz. Cool Whip
6 tsp. sugar
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1 cup chopped Maraschino cherries
Preparation

Bring cream cheese to room
temperature. Beat cheese until creamy, add pineapple juice a little at a time. Fold in Cool Whip. Add rest of ingredients. Let set in refrigerator over night before serving.
