Salmon Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 C flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/3 C shortening
7/8 C milk
Preparation

Sift flour with baking powder and 1 tsp salt into bowl.
Cut in shortening until fine crumbs are formed.
Add milk and stir with a fork to make a soft dough.
Turn dough onto lightly floured surface, knead gently for 8-10 times.
Roll into a 10 x
12 inch rectangle.
