Fish Boats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen or fresh sole or flounder fillets
    1/4 lb. margarine
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. A.1. sauce
    paprika
Preparation
    Thaw fish fillets, if frozen.
    Melt margarine.
    Mix with A.1. sauce and lemon juice.
    Cut fish into serving pieces.
    Place each serving in center of a piece of Reynolds Wrap.
    Cup foil and pour sauce over fish.
    Loosely seal edges of each \"fish boat.\"
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 20 minutes.
    Unwrap fish boats, sprinkle with paprika and serve in foil.
    (Place boats on cookie sheet.)
