"Dig-In" Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick margarine
1 c. powdered sugar
1 large box instant vanilla pudding
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 1/4 lb. Oreo cookies
gummy worms
