Josie'S Pineapple Shortbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can crushed pineapple in own juice (20 oz.)
    8 slices Arnold's Brick Oven white bread
    4 eggs
    1 stick melted butter
    1 c. sugar
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Break bread into small pieces and add pineapple. Beat eggs lightly and add to bread mixture. Stir in sugar and melted butter. Pour into a greased baking pan, 10 x 10-inch.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
