Red And Green Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large green mangos
    6 large red mangos
    6 large onions
    3 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Grind vegetables together.
    Cover with boiling water; let stand 5 minutes.
    Drain well.
    Add salt, sugar and vinegar.
    Boil 5 minutes.
    Pour in hot, sterilized jars and seal.
