Steamed Broccoli Rabe - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bunch broccoli rabe
4 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
pinch of red pepper flakes
Preparation

Trim and cut off bottom stalks of broccoli rabe.
Rinse broccoli rabe.
Heat olive oil in heavy skillet.
Add garlic and red pepper.
Add broccoli rabe and saute until leaves are wilted. Cover skillet and lower heat.
Cook broccoli rabe for about 5 minutes, turning occasionally.
Add more oil, pepper or garlic if desired.
